Job Context

The selected candidate will provide on-site technical support to industrial customers (Primarily Steel Production), troubleshoot process-related issues, recommend suitable chemical solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires close coordination with customers, production teams, and overseas technical specialists.

Job Responsibilities:

·       Provide on-site technical support to industrial customers (Steel Production).

·       Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to industrial process chemicals.

·       Conduct product trials, demonstrations, and technical evaluations.

·       Monitor product performance and recommend process improvements.

·       Build strong relationships with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams.

·       Coordinate with overseas technical experts to resolve customer issues.

·       Prepare technical reports, service visit reports, and recommendations.

·       Conduct customer training on product handling and best practices.

·       Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.

·       Identify opportunities for business growth through excellent technical support.
