Responsibilities & Context:

Prepare Pre-estimation for making the initial Bill of Quantity. Prepare Excel format for specific BOQ format. Development of strategic bids that provide a detailed analysis of costs. Calculate project quantities for core construction trades. Manage item costs, detail rate analysis & value engineering. Preparation of item specifications. Coordination with Architects, Structural Engineers/Electrical Engineers/Plumbing Engineer/Consultants to prepare the BOQ. Collect copy, Final 2D,3D, Floor Layout, and Working Drawing from respected official concerns. Making and modifying Working drawings in AutoCAD (If required). Preparing Final Bill of Quantity "BOQ". Lead the Materials Sample List & Board Making Work Supervision. All types of construction bill checking as per BOQ Measurement Book. Check, review collect & provide the Measurement Book of Every Project for Running & Final Bill Purpose from the project management team. Preparing Final Bill of Quantity with Finalization/reconciliation. Prepare Running & Final Bill with help from site concern`s provided documents (Visit site when needed). Any other task assigned by the authority.
