Model, Design Development and Mold

• Execute daily mold production as per planning.

• Execute daily line installation as per planning.

• Update daily mold production & line installation reports.

• Update raw materials stock, consumption & loss reports.

• Analyze mold defects and perform root cause analysis.

• Take corrective actions to support production.

• Inspect incoming raw materials quality with Lab Test Report.

• Monitor critical control check points of material mixing.

• Maintain daily development records and prepare/update SOPs.

Klin & Firing

• Oversee tunnel and shuttle kiln operations.

• Design and optimize firing curves.

• Control fuel consumption (Gas, LPG, FO).

• Monitor kiln temperature and pressure.

• Adjust burner settings for efficiency.

• Ensure product quality and reduce defects.

• Plan preventive maintenance activities.

• Troubleshoot kiln issues immediately.

• Supervise operators and loaders.

• Track production targets and record data.

Inspection & Spray

• Monitor and manage shift-wise manpower deployment and ensure proper execution of inspection and spraying processes.

• Conduct daily quality checks of inspection and sprayed ware during operations to ensure compliance with standards.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to communicate and resolve spraying-related issues promptly.

• Track and control inspection and spraying defect targets; review daily sorting and defect analysis reports.

• Analyze defects and work closely with inspectors and sprayers to identify improvement areas and reduce rejection rates.

• Conduct daily briefings/meetings with inspectors and sprayers to promote safe working practices and ensure a zero-accident environment.

• Prepare and maintain shift-wise inspection & spraying reports along with defect analysis reports; share and discuss findings with the Section Head.

• Proactively share process improvement ideas with the Head of Department and participate in discussions related to production planning, quality improvement, manpower utilization, and operational challenges.

• Monitor employee attendance (present/absent) each shift and ensure proper reporting.

• Submit all required daily and shift-wise reports to the Head of Department in a timely manner.

Casting & Finishing

• Execute daily casting and finishing production as per approved production planning.

• Control casting thickness, draining time, and mold performance to achieve required product quality.

• Analyze casting and finishing defects (crack, lamination, air bubble, warpage, and joint mark) and perform root cause analysis.

• Take corrective and preventive actions to reduce rejection and improve yield.

• Supervise greenware finishing operations to ensure a smooth surface and proper joint finishing.

• Monitor raw material consumption, recycling, and wastage control.

• Maintain daily production, rejection, and development reports accurately.

• Ensure implementation of SOPs, quality standards, and critical control points (CCP).

• Coordinate with Mold, Quality Control, and Kiln departments to ensure smooth production flow and on-time target achievement.
