The Employee agrees to serve the Company for a minimum continuous period of three (3) years from the date of joining.This period is established to ensure continuity in technical and project operations and to justify the Company’s investment in training and development.

· Factory visits and assisting the Engineering and Procuring Department.

· Drafting presentation documents, quotations, and official letters.

· Assessing customer requirements and planning to fulfill them.

· Preparing and submitting monthly product reports to manufacturers (product conditions, annual purchase plans, etc.).

· Collecting manufacturer data from power plants and fertilizer plants and reporting monthly to manufacturers.

· Supervising site work and scheduling maintenance tasks.

· Preparing preliminary maintenance reports.

· Installing, testing, calibrating, and repairing equipment; training users.

· Organizing and maintaining spare parts inventory.

· Conducting tests and adjustments for new equipment installations.

· Supporting sales activities as required.

· Maintaining safe operational practices.

· Performing additional maintenance and related tasks as assigned by higher management
