Responsibilities & Context:
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of all government (BPDB, BCIC, Oil Refineries, WASA) and private tenders (DPM, IOTM, OTM, E-GP & RFQ), ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the requirements.

  • Proactively participate in the tendering process, ensuring compliance with all necessary procedures and regulations, while maintaining excellent communication and strong working relationships with foreign suppliers.

  • Prepare and compile all required documentation for tender submission, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Develop and draft tender pricing strategies, including detailed quotations and supporting documentation.

  • Manage and process Letters of Credit (L/C), ensuring all financial documentation aligns with tender requirements.

  • Maintain effective liaison with government and private sector organizations to facilitate timely and smooth submission of tenders.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all tender-related activities, ensuring successful submission.

  • Leverage industry experience and strategic insight to propose competitive and cost effective tender submissions.

  • Maintain excellent communication with clients, ensuring clarity and responsiveness throughout the tender process.

  • Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in English, particularly in email correspondence, to ensure professional and effective communication.

  • Exhibit the ability to work effectively under pressure, managing tight deadlines and complex requirements.

  • Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management, aligned with the role`s objectives.

    Probation period will be 4 (Four) Months, during this period salary will be negotiable. After successful completion of the probation period salary will be (20k-30k) according to job experience.
