Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Respond to customer calls and messages in a professional and timely manner.

  2. Provide accurate information about ShareDeal’s products, services, and ongoing group deals.

  3. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving basic issues.

  4. Record customer feedback, complaints, and inquiries in the system for further action.

  5. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues or requests are properly resolved.

  6. Support the operations and customer support team in daily call center activities.

  7. Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication.

  8. Escalate complex issues to the relevant team or supervisor when necessary.
