• Commercial import, export documents Follow up with the Head of commercial import L/C to.

• Import & export related works with Bank LC issue for Import & up to delivery formalities.

• Contract with Bank, CNF, Freight & Forwarding agent & making documents as per L/C terms.

• Purchasing/Negotiating Foreign documents.

• Follow up maturity & payments follow-up/ release, Packing credit.

• Claiming cash incentive, audit & fund disbursement follow-up.

• Follow up of Import L/C and ensure proper HS code for timely clearance from customs

• and save additional cost.

• Manage customs clearance, shipment schedules, and logistics coordination.

• Negotiate with vendors to secure the best price, quality, and delivery terms.

• Plan and manage material requirements and inventory/ sales, stock levels.

• Oversee local and foreign purchases in line with company policy.

• Work closely with production, marketing, sales, and logistics departments.

• Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, shipping lines, and banks.

• Report maintenance weekly, Monthly & Yearly.

• Manage and report on commercial activities to top management.
