Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree from in any discipline.

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in distribution sales & operations and relevant fields.

  • Experience in the FMCG, tobacco, or telecom industry is preferable.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivots, trackers, dashboards).    

  • Ability to monitor multiple DBs simultaneously with strong attention to detail and discipline.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into clear insights and action points.     

  • Excellent coordination skills across cross-functional teams.



Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with regional operations teams.

  • Ensure compliance with field force attendance and immediately flag any irregularities.

  • Serve as a data and information resource for OMs and Business Leadership.

  • Provide real-time updates, alerts, and trend insights to facilitate quicker decision-making.

  • Maintain structured communication with OMs for issue resolution and ongoing follow-up.

  • Monitor and report risks relating to discipline, compliance, cash, stock, and asset security.

  • Manage regional HR & field operations.

  • Coordinate employee onboarding & documentation.

  • Support recruitment & manpower planning.

  • Monitor attendance, compliance & employee relations.

  • Escalate irregularities early to prevent operational or financial losses.

  • Identify recurring problems and process gaps, recommending improvements.
