• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering or relevant field.

• At least 5 years

• Strong knowledge of garment costing will be an added advantage.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications and internet usage.

• Experience in ERP-based order handling systems.

• Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated, confident, and proactive personality.

• Positive attitude with a continuous learning mindset.

• Clearly understand buyer requirements and communicate them effectively to internal departments.

• Review tech packs and specification sheets and ensure accurate implementation.

• Coordinate with the sample development team for timely sample preparation.

• Collaborate with the costing team to calculate garment costs including yarn, trims, accessories, labor, and overheads.

• Negotiate pricing with buyers while ensuring profitability for the company.

• Review consumption and finalize order pricing.

• Follow up on yarn, trims, and accessories requisitions.

• Ensure timely sourcing and approval of raw materials.

• Coordinate with procurement to ensure on-time material delivery.

• Monitor production progress in collaboration with planning and production teams.

• Prepare and maintain Time & Action (T&A) calendars for all orders.

• Ensure completion of pre-production activities (PPS, lab dips, size sets) within schedule.

• Manage product development and sampling processes.

• Coordinate with the quality team to address buyer comments and feedback.

• Prepare and verify order sheets, packing lists, and shipping documentation.

Salary: BDT 50,000 – 70,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
