Responsibilities & Context:
Coordinate with sample section to develop samples as per buyer requirements.
Work with the costing team to determine garment cost, including yarn, trims, accessories, labor, and overheads.
Negotiate prices with buyers and ensure profitability.
Review consumption and finalize order pricing.
Raise and follow up on yarn, trims, and accessories requisitions.
Ensure timely sourcing and approval of all raw materials.
Coordinate with the procurement team for on-time delivery of inputs.
Monitor production progress in coordination with planning and production departments.
Prepare and maintain Time and Action (T&A) calendar for all orders.
Product Development & Sampling
Raw Material Sourcing and Follow-up
Production Planning & Coordination
Coordinate with quality team to address buyer comments and feedback.
