  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and grow customer base in a competitive textile market.

  • Proficiency with MS Office, CRM software, and sales reporting tools.

  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work under pressure.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Business Development & Order Generation (Outbound Focus):

  • Proactively identify, target, and initiate contact with key decision-makers and merchandisers within local and international buying houses, fashion retailers, and direct garment customers.

  • Conduct frequent outbound field visits, meetings, and presentations to showcase the factory`s production capabilities, product quality, and compliance standards.

  • Drive the entire sales cycle, from inquiry generation and sample approval to negotiating commercial terms, pricing, and securing profitable bulk orders.

  • Actively pursue new sales channels and untapped geographic markets for the company`s textile products.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based, and long-lasting relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring their specific needs and quality expectations are clearly communicated internally.

  • Serve as the main commercial liaison, ensuring seamless communication between the customer and the internal Merchandising, Production, and Quality Control teams.

  • Market Intelligence & Strategy:

  • Gather and analyze comprehensive market intelligence, including competitor strategies, industry trends, and shifts in buyer preferences, to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, business development reports, and performance metrics to the senior management team.

  • Provide critical market feedback to inform product development, capacity allocation, and pricing strategies.

  • Sales Administration & Coordination:

  • Ensure all commercial documentation, including contracts and order sheets, is accurate and compliant with both company and buyer standards.

  • Work closely with the design/development team to ensure samples are delivered on time and align with customer aesthetic and technical specifications
