Additional Requirements:

• Must have standard computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS-Word, MS- Excel)

• Skills Required: Dealer development, Dealer Management, Dealer Sales and Marketing, Distribution management, Sales Reporting.

Job Context: P.T. Consumer Products Industries is hiring TSM for its sales & marketing department. To conduct in assigned areas as per Sales & Marketing plan and program to promote sales and improve operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and follow up with new markets and dealers.

• Lead and monitor sales representatives to achieve company goals.

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets alongside the sales team.

• Set up new dealers and ensure they follow company rules.

• Oversee territory sales, make regular market visits, and develop area-wise sales points (distributors).

• Monitor collections and minimize the risk of dealer defaults.

• Track, record, and report daily sales activities.

• Manage secondary sales and report daily/monthly updates to senior managers.

• Foster SR-shopkeeper relationships to support merchandising initiatives.

• Work under the senior sales manager’s supervision to develop sales and marketing policies.

• Collect and report competitor information and strategies to management.
