Job Context: P.T. Consumer Products Industries is hiring experienced and dynamic Divisional Sales Managers (DSM) for the sales and marketing of the company’s consumer products. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing assigned areas, achieving monthly sales and collection targets, strengthening dealer/distribution networks, and improving overall sales operations.
Job Responsibilities
Take full responsibility for achieving assigned monthly sales and collection targets.
Lead and manage RSM, TSM, and SR teams to ensure sales growth and operational efficiency.
Recruit, train, guide, and develop sales team members to improve field performance.
Open, approve, and monitor dealers/distributors and maintain strong business relationships.
Ensure daily order collection, delivery follow-up, and timely revenue recovery.
Prepare and submit daily sales, order, collection, and delivery reports to management.
Conduct daily review meetings with RSMs regarding orders, deliveries, collections, and market challenges.
Guide, motivate, and monitor the field sales team to achieve company goals.
Conduct regular market visits and minimum 8 days field tour per month.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, dealer performance, and sales gaps.
Analyze sales problems and propose practical solutions for business growth.
Generate new sales ideas and ensure proper field implementation through RSMs and TSMs.
