Responsibilities & Context:
Monitoring Opening BTB L/C as per Pro-forma invoice & Existing Company Policy.
Properly checking HS code at the time of import Execution to avoid any unexpected situation.
Timely pick-up all import documents form bank & provide to C&F Agent.
Follow-up & Coordination with C&F Agent for releasing import goods in time.
Submitting documents to BEPZA Portal for permission of Import, Export, Local Purchase & Sub-Contract.
Must have vast knowledge about UD & EO into BGMEA & BKMEA software.
Supervising & monitoring all copies of import documents & share to respective all units/departments.
Vast knowledge on INCOTERS, UCPDC-600, URC-522, CUSTOMS ACT, SRO & HS Code
Preparing & Submitting Export-Import Statement to Customs Bond for Yearly Customs Audit timely
Properly maintain IN-Bond & EX-Bond Register Daily basis
