Job Description/ Responsibility :

 Sampling and conducting Microbial contamination test for RM & FP, which are susceptible to microbial growth according to SOP & preparing report.

 To conduct Microbial Count Test of every Batch of Raw Materials as well as Finished Products.

 Trend & routine test of Environmental Monitoring as specified area where applicable.

 Conducting environmental monitoring of aseptic controlled area by air sampling particle count, settle plate, Swab test and preparing report.

 Performing Personal Hygiene & Bio-burden test.

 Preparing trend analysis of water test and monitoring HVAC Air flow.

 Performing microbial examination during cleaning, validation, process validation and revalidation.

 Preparing Microbiological media and disposal, storage and growth promotion tes

 To Ensure GLP as per WHO guideline and generate documents accordingly.
