Marketing & Sales Job Responsibilities (Substation & Solar Industry)

Lead Generation

• Identify potential clients (industries, builders, consultants)

• Cold calling & site visits

• Tender tracking

Client Handling

• Understand customer requirement

• Technical presentation of HT/LT panels, PFI, Solar, ATS, CT & PT

• Prepare techno-commercial proposals

Quotation & Negotiation

• Cost estimation

• Margin calculation

• Price negotiation

• Order closing

Coordination

• Coordinate with design team

• Follow up with production

• Delivery schedule monitoring

Payment Follow-up

• Invoice tracking

• Collection follow-up

Market Development

• Dealer network expansion

• Consultant registration

• Competitor analysis
