Responsibilities & Context:
Visit and meet dealers regularly to achieve ABP sales targets.
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales objectives.
Implement strategic sales plans to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential Dealers.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales-related administrative tasks and documentation.
Directs and supervises close working with customers to monitor customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor market performance and focus on the performance of the sales team.
Any other task as per the Management Decision.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities
