We are a growing Group with the following concerns - IT (www.fleek.com.bd), Business Consulting (www.wisecorporation.com.bd), Publications (Sudokkho and Inside Business), Marketplace, Platforms, Projects, Indenting, Events etc. We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Deputy CEO to lead and scale the organization’s revenue engine across products and services, innovation verticals, and strategic business units.
This role bridges Sales, Innovation, Product, Technology, and Commercial Strategy to transform ideas into scalable, revenue-generating business models while driving domestic and international expansion.

Core Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Revenue Architecture
Implement the existing plans and Design new growth strategy by ensuring scalable revenue models, defining monetization frameworks, prioritizing high-value business verticals, and establishing structured go-to-market architectures aligned with organizational objectives.
Innovation Commercialization & Product-Market Fit
Work closely with Innovation and Product teams to convert ideas and MVPs into market-ready solutions through structured PMF validation, pricing strategy development, and commercialization planning.
Cross-Functional Growth Execution
Align Product, Technology, Marketing, Sales, and Operations under unified growth goals, ensuring coordinated execution through KPIs, dashboards, forecasting, and structured growth operating rhythms.
Market Engagement Strategy
Implement the existing plans and Develop market entry frameworks and expansion strategies in collaboration with local and International Relations, enabling scalable cross-border growth through localization, partnerships, and regulatory readiness.
Business Development
Build and expand enterprise pipelines (public, private, development sector etc.), secure strategic partnerships, structure institutional opportunities, and lead high-value commercial negotiations to accelerate revenue growth.
Enterprise Growth & Strategic Alliances
Establish enterprise sales architectures and alliance ecosystems by creating partner programs, institutional engagement models, and scalable collaboration frameworks.
Data-Driven Growth Optimization
Implement performance measurement systems to monitor pipeline health, revenue performance, CAC, LTV, and ROI while continuously optimizing growth funnel efficiency.
Collaboration with International Relations
Ensure alignment between domestic growth initiatives and global expansion strategy through coordinated planning, commercialization readiness, and shared execution governance.
Leadership & Organizational Growth
Build and mentor growth and commercial teams, implement OKRs, strengthen execution discipline, and represent growth strategy in leadership and board-level discussions.
Sales Acceleration, Market Creation & Revenue Execution
Drive revenue outcomes by establishing repeatable pipeline engines, defining ICPs and sales motions, enforcing CRM discipline, and enabling sales teams with structured playbooks and deal governance.
