Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute dealer network strategies to support business growth and market expansion.
Oversee dealer operations across all five zones, ensuring consistent performance and operational excellence.
Identify, appoint, and develop new dealership partners in line with the company's expansion plans.
Monitor dealer performance through key business indicators and implement improvement plans where required.
Ensure all dealerships comply with company policies, brand standards, and operational guidelines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer principals and key stakeholders to drive long-term business success.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, After Sales, and Operations to ensure effective execution of business initiatives and product launches.
Support dealer capability development through training, coaching, and regular performance reviews.
Analyze market trends and dealer performance to identify opportunities for network optimization and business growth.
Prepare regular dealer performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
Resolve dealer-related operational issues and ensure a high level of dealer and customer satisfaction.
Lead and develop the regional dealer network team to achieve organizational objectives.
