Oversee cleanliness and maintenance.
Coordinate repairs.
Ensure food quality.
Discipline & Security
Enforce rules consistently.
Resolve conflicts.
Maintain security protocols.
Communication & Reporting
Liaise with residents, parents, and management.
Prepare reports.
Conduct meetings.
