Responsibilities & Context:
· Must be an expert in UD and UP.
· Communicate with Bank, C&F, buyer, forwarder, supplier,
· Ensure updating the bond register (In-bond & Ex-bond) on time.
· Ensure yearly import/export customs statement for bond audit.
· To maintain strong liaison with Customs office and other government bodies related to customs and bond.
· Perform and face routine audits by external agencies relating to UD and UP.
· Follow up on all import L/C formalities and make sure the "insurance coverage note" open according to the PI collected for LC opening.
· Handle all customs-related responsibilities like yearly audit, HS Code formalities, general bond, receive any kind of certificate, NOC.
· Obtain and renewal of all licenses (e.g ERC, IRC, Trade License, TIN, BIN, EPB, Environment, BERC, Boiler, Factory, Fire & other licenses) and other related licenses from licensing authority
· And any other assignment given by the management from time to time.
