Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 35 years
  • Experience in RMG/Textile manufacturing sector will be given preference.

  • Strong knowledge of export-import operations, C&F coordination, and BEPZA regulations.

  • Excellent communication and liaison skills with BEPZA, Customs, and related stakeholders.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and compliance-focused.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Candidates must have practical working experience in the commercial department of the Knit Composite Textile and Garments industry, both inside and outside the EPZ.

  • Must be well conversant with BEPZA's export rules and regulations, as well as the applicable rules for areas outside the EPZ.

  • Able to prepare, check and confirm all export customs shipping documents (Commercial invoice, packing list, VGM certificate & Consumption sheet) of various buyers independently complying with Sales Contract/LC, UD and Purchase Order.

  • Able to submit EP in BEPZA web portal.

  • Applicant must have experience working with foreign buyer's web portals, uploading data according to the buyer's guideline.

  • Experience in working with and handling Japanese buyers will be given preference.

  • Follow-up with C&F agent for customs documents hand-over, examine and assessment of the export item.

  • Follow-up with shipping agent/forwarder to collect dummy BL/HAWB/TR for onward checking, confirmation of the same

  • Prepare, check and confirm/submit all export shipping documents to buyer's nominated forwarder/buyers and bank as per buyer's SOP.

  • To communicate with buying house/liaison office of foreign buyer on respective issues.

  • Must have practical experience about the procedure of issuing different certificate from EPB, Chamber such as GSP, KPT, SAFTA, CO, B255E, CO, RDI etc.

  • Follow-up payment status and release the payment from bank and record data accordingly;

  • Must have clear concept on Sales Contract, Purchase Contract Export L/C, BTB L/C etc.

  • Perform any other task assigned by Management.
