JOB DETAILS:
One of the fastest-growing and diversified business groups in Bangladesh, with successful operations in Ready-Made Garments (RMG), Textiles, Consumer Products, and Retail, is seeking an experienced and result-driven ERP Manager to strengthen its technology and process integration team. The candidate will lead the group’s ERP strategy, ensure seamless business process integration, and play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency across multiple business verticals.

• Company Type: Large-scale export-oriented conglomerate in garments, textile, RMG, and composite manufacturing
• Location: Mainly in Narayanganj EPZ, Dhaka (Head Office) with responsibilities covering multi-site operations, including Chattogram
Job Summary
Reporting directly to the Managing Director/Director (with dotted-line reporting to CEO/CFO/COO), the ERP Manager will lead implementation, integration, and optimization of ERP systems across production, merchandising, supply chain, finance, HR, and compliance functions. The role requires strong technical expertise, deep knowledge of buyer reporting requirements, and hands-on leadership in ERP-driven business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Implementation & Process Integration
Lead, monitor, and optimize ERP operations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
Ensure modules (Production, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Payroll, Compliance) are fully integrated.
Standardize and automate processes across factories and business units.
Align ERP functionalities with buyer reporting and compliance requirements (H&M, Inditex, Primark, Walmart, etc.).
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure ERP-driven compliance reporting for buyer audits and social standards.
Develop dashboards for production efficiency, cost control, and compliance KPIs.
Ensure accurate, real-time reporting to senior management and external stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead ERP/IT professionals, module leads, and cross-functional ERP coordinators.
Train and mentor end-users to maximize system adoption.
Build accountability and efficiency culture across ERP teams.
Continuous Improvement & Support
Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide real-time support.
Recommend process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
Ensure robust data security, system backups, and business continuity planning.
