• This senior role is the Quality Lead to manage QC and Technical Team’s activities. Offering an exciting opportunity to enhance our strategic and process driven quality approach to meet customers’ expectations.

• Requires close coordination and working relationships with Merchandising and Compliance. Actively Engaging with Merchandising team to influence sourcing strategy.

• Strategic thinking combined/balanced with operational effectiveness.

• Ensuring customer quality is understood in the field through training, supervision and support.

• Directing factory evaluations.

• Training/upgrading/coaching staff to perform at higher levels.

• Monitoring Quality process/manual review/report analysis, QC expenses.

• Responsible for developing and strengthening the local teams and building upon established best practices to continuously upgrade quality in a measurable way and instilling a strong culture of proactiveness and pre-empting issues through strategic planning and operational excellence.
