Business Development & Production Planning
Support preparation and updating of business plans, sales forecasts, and production schedules.
Align production planning with confirmed orders, market demand, and sales targets.
Conduct cost analysis, pricing strategies, profitability and break-even assessments.
Support efficient inventory management to reduce unsold or rejected products.
Market Development & Sales Expansion
Identify and develop market opportunities locally, nationally, and internationally.
Increase sales volume and revenue of Production Center products by expanding sales channels through wholesalers, retailers, institutional buyers, and online platforms.
Strengthen relationships with buyers, suppliers, distributors, and other market actors.
Facilitate contracts, delivery schedules, and negotiations with buyers and partners.
Marketing, Branding & Promotion
Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase product visibility and sales of Production Center products.
Ensure consistent branding, packaging, and product presentation across all marketing platforms.
Organize exhibitions, trade fairs, buyer meetings, and promotional events to showcase products.
Support digital marketing initiatives including social media, e-commerce platforms, and online promotion.
Develop and update marketing materials such as product catalogs, brochures, and digital promotional content to support both online and offline marketing initiatives.
Coordinate promotional campaigns and product launches aligned with business objectives
Market Research & Customer Insights
Conduct market assessments to analyze trends, customer preferences, demand patterns, and competition.
Monitor pricing, seasonal demand, and emerging market opportunities.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to support product improvement and market positioning.
Coordination, Monitoring & Reporting
Coordinate with production, design, quality control, and finance teams to ensure product quality and market alignment.
Maintain relationships with vendors, media partners, and promotional service providers.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing activities, and market intelligence.
Support monitoring, evaluation, and learning to improve production and marketing performance
Safeguarding
· Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
· Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
· Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
