Responsibilities & Context:

1. Basic Medical Care

·         Provide first aid treatment for minor injuries and illnesses.

·         Assist employees with basic health concerns such as headache, fever, cuts, or minor accidents.

·         Support the company doctor or nurse during medical checkups.

2. Emergency Response

·         Respond quickly to workplace injuries or medical emergencies.

·         Provide immediate first aid and arrange further medical treatment if necessary.

·         Help coordinate with nearby hospitals or clinics.

3. Health Monitoring

·         Monitor employee health conditions and medical complaints.

·         Assist with routine health checkups and health screening programs.

4. Medical Records

·         Maintain medical records and treatment logs of employees.

·         Keep records of medicine distribution and first aid treatments.

5. Medicine & Supplies Management

·         Maintain the medical room and first aid kits.

·         Check stock and manage medicines and medical supplies.

·         Ensure medicines are stored properly and not expired.

6. Health Awareness

·         Provide basic health education and awareness to employees.

·         Support programs related to workplace health, hygiene, and safety.

7. Reporting

·         Report serious medical cases or incidents to HR or management.

·         Maintain daily medical reports of employee visits.
