• Should have experience in woven jackets (padded, down, quilted) & familiar with Optitext and Lectra software

• Develop, implement and enforce CAD standards and organize the CAD environment.

• Workout the most efficient consumption for all buyers’ orders/styles using CAD.

• Correspond with merchandisers to give marker consumption (external) and for booking fabric.

• Verify & check the patterns to ensure accuracy of the measurements of the garments.

• Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD, and making hundred percent accurate markers.

• Establish and sustain all buyer’s technical requirements.

• After receiving the Tech pack’s from Merchandisers, then doing the pattern making, marker & consumption and send to respective dept. for costing purpose.

• Based on fabrics construction to prepare a molded pattern for fabrics booking & production.

• To amend pattern when required to production.

• Making Mini marker with summarize report as per buyer requirements.

• Implement and maintain best practices in CAD software (Optitex) usage and Pattern making & marker-making techniques.

• Workout the most efficient pattern for costing and buyer’s order/style.

• Arrange style wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting .

• Verify & check the pattern to ensure accuracy of the measurement of the garments.
