Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop,ANSYS,AutoCAD,Email Communications,Inspection,MS Office,MS Project,Project Documentation,Solidworks

Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead and manage the engineering team effectively.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with company goals.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects.
- Supervise site work, factory visits, and maintenance activities.
- Approve regular visit schedules and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Review and submit monthly product reports to manufacturers.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and manufacturers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Support sales activities with technical expertise.
- Oversee spare parts inventory and equipment readiness.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to management.
- Represent the company in technical meetings and discussions.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by higher management.
