• Master of Science (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Age 35 to 45 years

• Applicants must have experience in leading engineering teams and managing projects in government or private industrial sectors.

• Lead and manage the engineering team effectively.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with company goals.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects.
• Supervise site work, factory visits, and maintenance activities.
• Approve regular visit schedules and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Review and submit monthly product reports to manufacturers.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and manufacturers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Support sales activities with technical expertise.
• Oversee spare parts inventory and equipment readiness.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to management.
• Represent the company in technical meetings and discussions.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by higher management.
