• Diploma in Mechanical

• Age 22 to 45 years

1. Hands-on experience as a PLC Operator in FMCG/Manufacturing environments.

2. Strong experience in Automatic Processing Systems, High-Speed Filling and Packing Machines, and production equipment maintenance.

3. Experience in leading a team of 10-15 direct reports.

4. Sound knowledge of 5S, HVAC, GMP, EHS, WTP, Compressed Air Systems, and HWG.

5. Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment.

6. Knowledge of preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis, RCA, CAPA, and machine reliability improvement.

7. Experience in maintenance of motors, drives, sensors, pumps, valves, compressors, mixers, and utility systems.
