Responsibilities & Context:
Lodestar Innovation Partners (LIP) is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager Civil Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing pipeline construction activities and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day pipeline construction activities at the project site
Ensure all work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements
Liaise effectively with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
Oversee quality control processes and ensure strict compliance with safety standards
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues, providing sound engineering judgment and support
Efficiently manage manpower, materials, and construction resources to meet project timelines
Educational Qualifications
>B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
(preferred); or
>Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements
>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction
>Prior experience in pipeline, infrastructure, utility, industrial,
road, or bridge projects will be considered an advantage
Additional Requirements
>Solid understanding of construction methods and site
management practices
>Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
>Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
>Excellent communication and reporting skills
