As part of our continuous growth and expansion, we are looking for energetic, talented, and career-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Engineer - Industrial Machinery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Install, test, commission, and service industrial machinery and equipment at customer sites.

2. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and control system problems.

3. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per company and manufacturer guidelines.

4. Check electrical wiring, motors, sensors, control panels, PLC systems, batteries, chargers, and safety devices.

5. Inspect mechanical parts such as motors, gearboxes, bearings, chains, wheels, hydraulic cylinders, pumps, valves, and structural components.

6. Prepare service reports, inspection reports, maintenance checklists, and customer visit reports.

7. Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding machine operation and maintenance.

8. Ensure all service work is completed safely, properly, and within the required time.

9. Coordinate with the service team, sales team, spare parts team, and overseas/manufacturer support team when required.

10. Identify required spare parts and support the spare parts team with technical details.

11. Attend emergency breakdown calls and provide quick solutions.

12. Maintain proper tools, equipment, and safety standards during service work.

13. Support warranty claims by collecting technical evidence, photos, videos, and failure reports.

14. Train customer operators and maintenance teams on basic machine operation, safety, and daily maintenance.
