Responsibilities & Context:
The selected candidate will drive the full-cycle recruitment function for all subsidiaries and departments under the Group. This role is responsible for manpower planning, sourcing, talent pipeline development, process optimization and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be highly proactive, strategic, and capable of managing large-scale, multi-business recruitment operations with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manpower Planning & Strategic Hiring
Work closely with department heads and senior management to understand business expansion needs and forecast manpower requirements.
Support the preparation and execution of annual recruitment and workforce planning.
Review and optimize recruitment workflows to align with organizational goals.
Recruitment Operations & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of job postings, candidate databases, interview assessments, and hiring documentation.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and audit requirements related to recruitment documentation.
Prepare offer letters, recruitment communication, and coordinate pre-joining formalities with HR Operations.
Talent Acquisition & Full-Cycle Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all subsidiaries, including vacancy assessment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, negotiation, and final onboarding.
Conduct job analysis and collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions and candidate profiles.
Ensure high-quality candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and structured process handling.
