Responsibilities & Context:

Facilitate and manage employee relations activities on behalf of the company.

Foster a harmonious relationship between employees and management while promoting high levels of employee morale, engagement, and motivation.

Handle employee complaints, concerns, and grievances in a fair, timely, and professional manner.

Conduct counseling sessions with employees and provide guidance to resolve workplace issues.

Arrange and facilitate regular meetings with workers and mid-level management to strengthen communication and employee engagement.

Identify potential employee relations risks and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

Receive, assess, and respond effectively to employee concerns while ensuring confidentiality and fairness.

Support the implementation of employee reward and recognition programs to enhance motivation and retention.

Ensure transparent communication and effective information sharing among management, staff, and workers.

Promote a positive workplace culture by discouraging workplace politics, conflicts, and blame culture.

Develop and implement initiatives to reduce employee absenteeism and improve workplace discipline.

Promote teamwork, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among employees across all levels.

Manage employee relations matters by interpreting company policies and procedures and providing guidance to employees and management.

Handle industrial disputes proactively and support conflict resolution to maintain workplace harmony.

Educate employees on company policies, workplace guidelines, employee rights and benefits, health and safety practices, and welfare facilities.

Train and advise Supervisors, Line Chiefs, and Mid-Level Management on employee relations best practices, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and effective people management.

Collaborate with management to maintain a positive, productive, and legally compliant work environment.
