Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and coordination abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Act and HR practices. Positive attitude, integrity, and willingness to learn. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. to 2 years of experience in HR or Administration will be preferred.



Responsibilities & Context:

Assist in recruitment and selection activities, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.

Maintain employee personal files, HR databases, and documentation.

Support employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs.

Assist in attendance, leave, and manpower records management.

Prepare HR-related reports, letters, certificates, and official correspondence.

Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.

Support performance management and training initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR procedures.

Maintain confidentiality of employee information and organizational records.

Perform any other HR-related duties assigned by management.
