- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities & Context: Lead HRD team for three materials factories.
Plan and organize scheduled HR activities to support the operation.
Organize employee performance appraisal through appropriate KPI/ goals.
Conduct TNA and arrange training for the workforce for enhancing awareness, motivation, efficiency etc.
Undertake appropriate disciplinary procedures.
Ensure 100% implementation of Labour Law 2006 and Srom Bidhimala 2015 in the factories.
Follow up all date, records, reports, formats, statement, rank & files, Books & Registers of all departments are properly prepared, issued, update & maintained as per compliance requirement/standards.
