Position Summary
Royal Weaving & Coating Industry Limited is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and experienced HR Manager and HR&Admin Executive to support and manage the factory's Human Resources and Administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for employee lifecycle management, attendance and payroll support, recruitment, compliance, disciplinary procedures, employee relations, and factory administration. Candidates must have hands-on experience with Cripton PAKIZA HR & Payroll Software and be capable of managing HR operations in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, warning letters, show-cause notices, and other HR-related documents.
Maintain employee personal files and HR records accurately.
Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and overtime records.
Coordinate employee performance evaluation and confirmation processes.
Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
Assist management in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Conduct orientation programs for new employees.
Payroll & HR Software Management
Operate and maintain employee information through Cripton PAKIZA HR & Payroll Software.
Generate attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll reports.
Ensure accurate employee data entry and record updates.
Coordinate payroll processing and verify salary-related information.
Administrative Responsibilities
Supervise factory administrative activities and office support functions.
Monitor security guards, cleaners, transport, accommodation, and facility management.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and administrative inventory.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and local authorities when required.
Ensure proper maintenance of office and factory facilities.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain compliance-related records and documents.
Support factory audits and inspections.
Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and workplace regulations.
Prepare monthly HR and administrative reports for management.
