Soft Knowledge BLL-2006 and BLR-2015.
3-8 years (Handling payroll software jibika Specially)
Prepare the monthly Salary Sheet.
Prepare the monthly employee separation list and ensure final settlement as per company policy.
Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Coordinate with the accounts department for salary disbursement via bank.
Supervise and monitor workers' and staff attendance, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Support manpower recruitment, selection, and placement in line with approved plans.
Process monthly payroll by validating attendance, leave, arrears, allowances, and authorized deductions; submission and report.
Handle employee grievance, disciplinary procedures, and labor law compliance.
Earned leave encashment, annual increment, lunch bill, etc.
Prepare various types of payment sheets such as salary, overtime/allowance sheets, festival bonus.ea encashment, annual increment etc.
Assist in managing appraisal cycles.
To Build one to one relationship between Floor HR and Workers.
Play role to resolve workers problem on the spot.
To make a daily basis report on the factory.
