Experience:
Bachelor`s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Master`s degree will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in handling employee relations, administration, compliance, and facility management.
Required Competencies

Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and HR best practices.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Human Resources Management
Manage recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee induction programs.
Develop and implement employee training and development initiatives.
Conduct and coordinate employee and departmental performance evaluations.
Build and maintain a sustainable talent pipeline to support business growth.
Administer compensation, benefits, attendance, leave, and employee welfare programs.
Handle employee relations matters and maintain a harmonious work environment.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
Administration Management
Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and administrative systems.
Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and corporate activities.
Manage official documentation, records, and correspondence.
Coordinate communication among departments to improve operational efficiency.
Receive visitors, manage public relations activities, and maintain a positive corporate image.
Support company certification, audits, infrastructure projects, environmental compliance, and management system initiatives.
Security, Health & Safety
Oversee workplace safety and security operations.
Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and emergency response procedures.
Promote a safe, healthy, and comfortable working environment for employees.
Coordinate safety inspections, training, and risk mitigation activities.
Logistics & Facility Management
Manage company dormitories, canteen operations, housekeeping, and sanitation services.
Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of company facilities and assets.
Provide administrative support for employee accommodation and welfare facilities.
Fleet & Transport Management
Supervise company vehicles and transportation services.
Monitor vehicle maintenance, usage, fuel consumption, and cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company transportation policies and safety standards.
Compliance & Other Duties
Ensure compliance with national laws, regulations, and company management systems.
Prepare reports and maintain records related to HR and administration functions.
Support management in strategic and operational initiatives.
Perform additional duties and special assignments as directed by company leadership.
Working hours:
9.00 am to 5.00 pm - Weekly 6 days (starting at 8 o`clock in the morning and ending at 12:00 for lunch and rest, starting at 13:30 in the afternoon and ending at 5:30 in the evening)
