Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 34 years

  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a large manufacturing organization.

  • Proven experience in handling HR activities from Head Office to factory/business unit operations.



Responsibilities & Context:

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across Head Office and all business units/factories under the Group.

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract quality talent across different levels and functions.

  • Manage manpower planning and ensure timely fulfillment of approved positions.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and campus recruitment.

  • Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding activities.

  • Track recruitment KPIs and provide regular hiring reports to management.

HR Operations

  • Oversee HR operations and ensure effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and SOPs across all units.

  • Manage employee lifecycle activities including joining, confirmation, promotion, transfer, increment, and separation processes.

  • Coordinate with unit HR teams to ensure standardization and operational excellence throughout the Group.

  • Support workforce planning, organizational restructuring, and manpower budgeting initiatives.

  • Monitor attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR documentation processes.

  • Support performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, and employee relations activities.

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, company policies, and internal governance requirements.

  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making.

  • Lead and develop HR teams to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
