∎ Administrative tasks: Scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, organizing office supplies and equipment, and handling emails and texts.
∎ Communication: Communicating with clients and stakeholders, and responding to their inquiries.
∎ Strategic planning: Contributing to the organization's strategic planning and first level decision-making process.
∎ Advising: Acting as a trusted advisor and confidant to senior leadership.
∎ Managing priorities: Managing competing priorities and navigating complex interpersonal relationships.
∎ Reporting: Preparing time to time reports for management for reviewing.
∎ Process improvement: Identifying bottlenecks and areas for process improvement and implementing strategies to address them
∎ Compliance: Ensuring that all operations comply with relevant laws and regulations
∎ Performance metrics: Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators to ensure goals are met
