Responsibilities & Context: - Administrative tasks: Scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, organizing office supplies and equipment, and handling emails and texts.
- Communication: Communicating with clients and stakeholders, and responding to their inquiries & Report to Management.
- Strategic planning: Contributing to the organization's strategic planning and first level decision-making process.
- Advising: Acting as a trusted advisor and confidant to senior leadership.
- Managing priorities: Managing priorities and navigating complex interpersonal relationships.
- Reporting: Preparing time to time reports for management for reviewing.
- Process improvement: Identifying bottlenecks and areas for process improvement and implementing strategies to address them
- Compliance: Ensuring that all operations comply with relevant laws and regulations
- Performance metrics: Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators to ensure goals are met
- Other Task :Any other task given by management.
