Responsibilities & Context:
- Handle inbound & outbound holiday and tour package inquiries via call, WhatsApp, Facebook, and email.
- Prepare customized tour itineraries, quotations, and booking confirmations.
- Coordinate with hotels, tour operators, transport providers, and overseas partners.
- Manage hotel reservations, sightseeing bookings, and ground services.
- Ensure smooth booking process and travel arrangements for clients.
- Maintain proper documentation and update reservation records.
- Provide pre- and post-tour customer support to ensure satisfaction.
