Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 29 years
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Travel & Tourism Company.
- Experience in handling International Tour Packages (any country preferred).
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media.
- Passionate about travel, sales, and customer service.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage and improve the overall customer experience from inquiry to post-sale support.
- Handle inbound & outbound sales inquiries through call, WhatsApp, Facebook, and email.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable tour packages and travel services.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer data using CRM systems.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure positive brand representation.
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to achieve sales targets.
