• Age 25 to 29 years

Minimum 1 year experience in a Travel & Tourism Company.
Experience in handling International Tour Packages (any country preferred).
Strong communication & negotiation skills.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media.
Passionate about travel, sales, and customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve the overall customer experience from inquiry to post-sale support.

• Handle inbound & outbound sales inquiries through call, WhatsApp, Facebook, and email.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable tour packages and travel services.

• Ensure timely follow-ups, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain and update customer data using CRM systems.

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure positive brand representation.

• Work closely with the sales and operations team to achieve sales targets.
