ForReal experience managing social media pages.
Strong understanding of content strategy & engagement.
Comfortable with Facebook Live or live content planning.
Knows how to read insights & analytics.
Execution-focused, self-driven, and accountable.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
Plan and host Facebook Live sessions (structure, hooks, engagement).
Create high-performing content (posts, reels, short videos, captions).
Generate content ideas aligned with leads, sales, and brand authority.
Publish and manage content on Facebook & Instagram.
Write persuasive captions with strong CTAs.
Monitor comments, DMs, and audience engagement.
Track content & ad performance.
Prepare simple but clear performance reports.
Improve results based on analytics (not guessing).
