Responsibilities & Context:
Trip Designer is looking for a smart, responsible, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Air Ticket Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage both domestic and international flight bookings and reservations.
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional manner.
Provide accurate fare quotations, issue tickets, and handle reissues or cancellations as required.
Ensure accuracy in all bookings and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper records of daily sales and prepare reports for management.
Maintain relationship
