Responsibilities & Context:

Guest Service & Relations

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

  • Provide information about resort facilities, services, amenities, and local attractions, especially female guests and visitors.

  • Monitor guest satisfaction and work towards increasing positive feedback and repeat business.

  • Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs, including verifying registration information and issuing room keys.

  • Provide basic information to female guests about room related information.

  • Reservations and Administration

  • Manage online, phone, and in-person room reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the resort’s property management system (PMS).

  • Maintain updated and accurate records of guest information, bookings, and payments.

  • Operate the resort’s telephone and communication systems efficiently, directing calls and delivering messages promptly.

  • Coordination and Operations

  • Liaise and coordinate effectively with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage, security) to meet guest needs and ensure smooth operations.

  • Ensure the front desk, lobby, and common areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

  • Adhere to all company policies and security procedures, reporting any suspicious activity to management or security personnel.
