Responsibilities & Context:
This role is responsible for ensuring end-to-end quality excellence across the entire product lifecycle of padded, down, quilting, seam-sealed, and CWS jackets. The position plays a critical role in protecting brand reputation, meeting buyer expectations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous quality improvement across operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute quality strategies aligned with organizational objectives and buyer requirements.
Oversee all quality assurance and quality control processes, including raw material inspection, in-line monitoring, and final inspection.
Analyze defect trends and quality performance data to identify root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Manage and continuously improve supplier quality performance to ensure compliance with established standards.
Ensure adherence to buyer requirements, international quality standards, and certifications such as ISO 9001.
Lead, mentor, and develop the quality team while fostering a strong quality-focused culture.
Collaborate closely with buyers and internal stakeholders to resolve quality issues and enhance customer satisfaction and audit performance.
