Job Description: ARFBD Tour & Travels is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Counselor to assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel, detail-oriented, and skilled in delivering excellent customer service. You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences and provide customized travel solutions that ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in planning domestic and international travel itineraries based on their needs and preferences

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on travel destinations, visa processes, and travel documentation

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency

• Process bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and other travel services

• Maintain strong relationships with clients through timely follow-ups and support

• Manage and resolve any travel-related issues or changes as they arise

• Keep up with trends in the travel industry and recommend new destinations and experiences
