Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a responsible, experienced Office Manager to manage daily office tasks, maintain client relationships, and support management in ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preference will be given to retirees from the Defence or Banking sectors, as they typically show discipline, administrative abilities, and management expertise. The Office Manager will oversee daily operations, manage client relations, and help ensure efficient business operations. Those who have retired from Defence or Banking are especially encouraged to apply, given their discipline, administrative skills, and leadership qualities.

Key Point:

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide professional guidance for seamless service.

Gather client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Coordinate closely with office staff and management to ensure smooth service and workflow.

Supervise daily office operations and team management to ensure the office runs smoothly.

Identify operational, staff, or client issues early and act appropriately.

Handle client questions, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Assist management with reports, documentation, and strategic planning.

Stay informed about manpower market trends, competitor services, and client needs to boost company performance.
